• 24/7 mode for continuous playback

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use the Bot, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord

• Have the necessary permissions to add bots to servers where you intend to use the Bot
• Not be previously banned or removed from using our services

5.2 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and play any content through the Bot. We are not liable for any copyright infringement or intellectual property violations committed by users.

5.3 Bot Intellectual Property: The Bot's code, design, branding, logos, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Bot without explicit permission.

5.4 DMCA Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

9.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

9.3 IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE BOT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.4 SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Al Farrizi Music Bot, its developers, operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Bot
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any content you play through the Bot

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You: You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

11.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
